Experienced on refurbishment of round and squared tube moulds with inner size between mm.140 to mm.700, with any coating. About compound moulds, Moreschi supplies and refusbishes every kind of plates with any size and technology, plates for slabs, for beam blank, with hot face coating included, on any kind and size, as required by various technologies. Manufactoring range goes from plates mm.100x700 to mm.4200x2000. Compound mould refurbishment with CNC machinings. The products’ set includes plates and tubes with pure Nickel coatings (99,%), Ni-Fe and Ni-Co, with thickness from 0,005 to mm.6,0, as well as hard Chromium plating.
Productions consist on supplies and refurbishments of special rolls for flowing the steel out of the mould, as well as the moulds.
