From November 2015 a new tool for dimensional control of the goods manufactured by Moreschi has arrived, and after a few months it has become one of our standard of dimensional checkup.
It is an Optical Laser-Tracker that allows us to carry out measurements on parts even more than 8 meters, assembled and not easy surface to check.
It is a transportable instrument and can also be used next to machine to check intermediate phases, to obtain measurement feedback with the piece on machining equipment, which also allows us to verify the quality of work and machinery.
The software allows to extrapolate not only the measurements taken, but also the deviation from the geometric and measurement tolerances given by the constructive drawing.
Another important step to improve our quality level.
